Snow Hill Blues Jam

Snow Hill Arts on the River is excited to welcome Deanna Bogart as the headlining performer for the 12th annual Snow Hill Blues Jam! With 40 years in the music industry, Deanna has played in all 50 states as well as across the globe. A distinguished multi-instrumentalist and vocalist, she thrills her audiences with a musical blend of blues, jazz and soul which she calls “blusion.”
“Blusion grows out of the blues… It just doesn’t always end there.” Deanna explained in a 2021 featured artist exclusive with Blues Blast Magazine.
Deanna has won the Blues Music Awards Horn Instrumentalist of the Year four times, and has 23 Wammies (Washington Area Music Awards). She has appeared with musical legends like BB King, James Brown, and Ray Charles, just to name a few. While she has been touring the world performing since she was 17 years old, she called Maryland home for decades.
Deanna brings a passion and energy to all of her performances that is only exceeded by her well-honed talent. Do not miss this opportunity to see her in Snow Hill on September 23rd, 2023 at the Blues Jam. Tickets can be purchased on Eventbrite.com for $30 and more information can be found on the Snow Hill Blues Jam Facebook page. Doors will open at 6:30pm with opening act Klassic Soul igniting the stage promptly at 7pm.
