DESCRIPTION:The Poor Girls Open is a ladies only billfish release tournamen
 t\nbenefiting breast cancer research. There are also added entry levels\nf
 or tuna and dolphin. \n\n \n\nThis tournament was started by Capt. Steve 
 Harman as a way for local\nwaitresses and bartenders to have an affordable
  and fun competition\nwhile raising money for a very important cause. The 
 tournament\ncontinues to grow with over 100 boats entering. Participation 
 is not\nlimited only to anglers as there are silent auctions\, 50/50 ticke
 ts\,\ntournament merchandise for sale\, and other fun events helping to ra
 ise\nmoney for breast cancer research. In the past 3 years alone\, the Poo
 r\nGirls Open has raised over $1.7 million and donated to the American\nCa
 ncer Society.\n\nEach angler or team may fish one out of three days.\n
