 ish\n\nTOURNAMENT RULES\n\nRegistration & Eligibility:  You must registe
 r for the tournament no\nlater than Friday\, August 4\, 2023 at 12 Noon.
   All fees must\naccompany registration form.  Eligibility includes fish
 ing from boat\,\nsurf\, pier or bridge...see below for specific details. 
  Those fishing\non flounder charter boats are eligible to fish in this tou
 rnament. \nHowever\, not eligible for the tournament are the charter Capt
 ains and\nacting 1st Mates the day of the tournament.\n\nTackle Requiremen
 ts: All fish must be landed using rod and reel\,\nhook\, and line. You mu
 st hook\, fight\, and land your own fish.\n\nWhere to Fish: Fish must be 
 caught in Maryland waters\, Coastal Bays\,\nor inshore waterways to the De
 laware and Virginia state line.  Fish\nmust be hooked within 3 nautical m
 iles of shore.  Tournament EXCLUDES\nthe Chesapeake Bay.\n\nFishing Date 
 and Time: Lines in the water no earlier than 7:00am\,\nlines out of the w
 ater no later than 3:00pm on Saturday\, August 5\,\n2023.\n\nWeigh-In: We
 igh-In will be from 12:00pm until 4:00pm at the Ocean\nPines Yacht Club  
 Marina.  Prizes will be awarded immediately\nfollowing the last weigh in.
   Winners are based on total length of\nthe fish.  In the case of a tie
  in length of fish\, the weight will\ndetermine the winner.  Cash prizes 
 will be awarded for 1st\, 2nd and\n3rd place. Mooring space limited!  If
  possible please drive fish to\nscales before 4pm.  Thank you.\n\nCalcutt

 utta categories:\n\n1) $20.00 optional fee for longest flounder. 90% of t
 he calcutta\ncollected gets divided as such: 50% to 1st\, 25% to 2nd\, and
  15% to\n3rd. \n2) $20.00 optional fee for heaviest flounder.  90% of

 d 15% to\n3rd. \n\nRegulations & NEW! Minimum Size: Anglers must comply 
 with all Federal\nand State of Maryland laws regarding size and number of 
 flounder\ncaught.  The Maryland Department of Natural Resources sets the\
 nminimum size requirements for recreational summer flounder each\nyear. 
  The 2023 recreational minimum size for summer flounder is\n16 inches i
 n all MD waters\, the limit of flounder caught is\n4/person/day .  Visit
